Responsibilities:
Provides diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), Equal Opportunity (EO), and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) expertise and overall management of The Army Intelligence Plan’s #1 Line of Effort: People. Applies expertise for the management of the Army Intelligence and Security Enterprise (AISE) DEI Council and serves as the principal advisor to the HQDA G-2 on DEI, EO/EEO, and military and civilian personnel acquisition and management strategies.
Interfaces and collaborates with DCS, G-2 staff directors and representatives from the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (ICoE), and partner stakeholders from the Intelligence Community (IC).
Conducts strategy development in support of The Army Intelligence Plan, including the development of S.M.A.R.T. objectives and task execution oversight.
Manages all daily required tasks in support of the AISE DEI Council, including scheduling and facilitating monthly meetings, drafting meeting minutes, managing attendance (including drafting EXORDs to recruit new Council members as required), maintaining proper council representation, reserving conference room space, overseeing the council Teams channels, recruiting guest speakers, answering DCS, G-2 RFIs, and preparing read ahead materials for Council members and AISE leadership (when in attendance)
Leads research, analysis, and evaluation of existing DEI efforts; recommends new research studies, analyses, assessments, and technical reports, as needed.
Helps Director, DAMI-CP manage AISE EEO Management Directive – 715 reporting requirements.
Provides the DCS, G-2 and others, as required, mid to high-level analytical assessments and advice on complex DEI, personnel management, and other people issues, which require extensive knowledge of the subject matter. Deliverables produced in approved formats in response to a wide range of requirements and delivery schedules, both for Army and IC stakeholders.
Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives and the status quo.
Prepares and presents briefings to senior leaders and other ARSTAF action officers on the AISE People LOE and AISE DEI objectives, as required.
Prepared to represent the DCS, G-2 at symposiums and meetings at the Army Staff and Joint Staff level and across the IC, including Army People Strategy governance meetings, Army DEI Council meetings, and ODNI EEO and affinity group meetings.
Develops and advises the G-2 leadership on civilian personnel acquisition and management strategies.

The ability to collaborate and work with other U.S. Army, Joint Staff, DOD or IC members on information sharing, strategic development, and other required reporting tasks.
The ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for principal-level officials and senior leaders
Knowledge of and experience with military and civilian personnel acquisition and management strategies.
Requirements:
BA/BS degree in a related field and/or 12-15 years of experience as a DEI professional or personnel policy expert
Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Certification

(J-2 preferred) or OSD (OUSD (I) preferred) or a closely related DOD organization/agency
Security Clearance:
Must have active TS/SCI clearance.
