Talent Acquisition Manager
Calloquy is poised to redefine the legal industry through technologies that improve how legal services are delivered while enhancing access to justice. Our company was founded by a successful litigator from a top-tier law firm to solve everyday problems for the legal profession. We are on a mission to harness the power of technology to make a more fair, accessible, and efficient justice system.
We are: A pre-launch startup looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager beast to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Talent Acquisition Manager will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for open positions across our company, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements. We anticipate having multiple locations in strategic markets around the country.
You’ll focus on helping the local offices in driving Calloquy’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our values and beliefs by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and company success in the marketplace.
