Responsibilities: *

• Recruiting by placing job postings and screening candidates for all positions
• Process and maintain new and/or current employee records
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
• Administer updated HR policies and procedures to the assigned areas
• Assist with employee-related issues, incidents, and complaints
• Exercise good judgment and discretion with sensitive and confidential information
• Accurately oversee payroll for all employees
• Administering employee benefit programs and worker’s compensation plans

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Self-motivated, driven, strong team player & strong ability to work independently as well
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Results driven

This is a full-time, M-F in-office position.
