Duties/Responsibilities:
SPECIFICATIONS
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of (HR) experience in a fast-paced and high-growth corporate environment. SHRM certification is a plus. Solid leadership experience. Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design and implement creative solutions that drive business results. Multi-state and international HR experience highly preferred.
Previous experience with benefits & payroll solutions and programs, preferably in both corporate and international environment.
Strong understanding of HRIS, Workday, preferred.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing on strategies.
Ability to use data and reporting to drive strategic decisions
HR change agent who thrives in ambiguity, is flexible, and adaptable to change
Understanding of labor law and regulations
Other:Quick learner, high-energy, strong work ethic, team-oriented, service-minded, able to tolerate stress, cope with change well. Proven experience in delivering results through teams and other people. A ‘can do’ attitude, a people leadership and a solution-oriented mindset will be key.
Physical Demand:While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is required to talk, hear, and reach with hands and arms to handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds. The vision requirements include depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
