Overview
We are looking for an entry level Bio-Medical Engineers to join CVI and start in our engineering job rotation program Spring 2023. As a new engineer, you will have the opportunity to learn about all the engineering areas that support manufacturing before settling into one specific area.
Responsibilities
This program will entail an 18-month rotation in which the newhires will rotate through 3 departments every 6 months. This rotation will be based on degree/discipline and CVI’s needs. At the end of each rotation, new members and the management team will submit an evaluation, which will allow us to determine the best departmental fit at the end of the 18-month rotation period for each of our new engineering members.
Depending on the department, responsibilities and duties might change. In all the departments, the main goal for this position will be to support CVI’s manufacturing needs, which could entail hands-on experience working with equipment, troubleshooting and analyzing problems within the process, design/redesign work, and many other engineering aspects.
