· Maintain all personnel, medical and EEO records
· Distribute and implement any new policies from corporate headquarters
· Create monthly reports to include safety and accident status data
· Compile payroll data for entry and distribution
· Interview, process, and orientate all newly hired employees
· Distribute all safety materials and maintain OSHA and safety records
· Coordinate company functions
Assist employees with benefits programs
· Maintain office supplies and equipment
· Coordinates recruitment activities
· Supervises and handles billing for on-site staffing agency
· Supervises HR Assistant
· Maintains all Safety Records
· Maintains all employee training records
· Assist in administer Worker’s Comp cases with the Employee Services Manager
· Reports employee pay data to corporate payroll department
Assist with employee disciplinary procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,000.00 – $66,000.00 per year
