Full Job Description
Unique opportunity for an accomplished clinical talent acquisition and workplace planning professional for an established health system in the South Jersey shore area. Advisor and business partner relationship with the management team. Solutions to achieve workplace needs, promote and implement strategic initiatives, implement policies and regulatory standards. Function as an employee and labor relations consultant.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record in healthcare talent acquisition and succession planning. Strong knowledge of state, local and federal regulatory standards which apply to all HR functions.
Bachelor’s degree or registered nurse license required. Minimum of five years of talent acquisition experience with at least three years of concentration on nursing, allied recruitment.
Strong computer skills including knowledge of ATS and HRIS.
