Call Center Representative- Remote/ California

Open to outside of California: Cant hire from these states (CT, DC,HI,NM,OH,PA,SD,TN,WV)

6+ Month Contract

Monday-Friday: Standard Business Hours

*Pharmacy Technician Fax Reviewer*

Must Have:

HS Diploma/ GED

Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook

Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project:

Review Fax requests that come in from the MD offices and pharmacies. Work on like projects as required per business.

1. Pharmacy Experience

2. Knowledge of Medications

3. Previous PBM Experience

4. Knowledge of Health Insurance

Education Required:

Pharmacy Tech License

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)
  • Pharmacy technician: 1 year (Required)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Pharmacy Technician License (Required)
