The HR Coordinator will assist in the processing and handling of various HR functions including, but not limited to: benefits administration, audits, and being a main point of contact for all offices. This candidate must be located inIrving, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an understanding of the benefits program and available options for all employees.
• Compile employee contact information during each enrollment eligibility month and proactively reach out to employees notifying them of their upcoming enrollment opportunity.
• Assist in monitoring eligible employee’s enrollment statuses.
• Notify employees of outstanding benefit balances.
• Reach out to HR Service Center to assist employees on their behalf.
• Assist Benefits Specialist with annual Open Enrollment including organization of employees by state / provider, following up on special enrollment periods and completing Open Enrollment trainings.
• Assist in Status Change / QLE enrollment for internal and external employees.
• Compile list of employee’s eligible for rehire under “6 month rehire” status in API.
• Assist Compliance Specialist with ongoing external employee personnel file audits by conducting monthly audits to ensure full compliance, assist in communicating with local office, track discrepancies, maintain records of previously audited files and collect monthly data of completed audits.
• Assist Compliance Specialist in monthly new hire trainings for office compliance as needed.
• Assists in communications to field staff and corporate staff.
• Handles other Human Resources responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Effective ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication, presentation, time management, decision making, organizational and problem-solving skills
• High degree of integrity and ability to work with confidential information
• Must possess a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills to interact daily with internal and external employees as well as corporate staff
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
