Resp & Qualifications

PURPOSE:
Supports the functional areas of human resources including, but not limited to, recruitment and employment, employee relations , employee recognition and engagement, benefits administration, compensation, training, compliance, and special projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Serves as a liaison between vendors and employees regarding Federal, State and company leave programs and advises on eligibility, coverage, and other benefit matters.

• Respond to requests and escalations from HR Partners, employees, and area administrator.

• Reviews notifications of leave status changes and performs necessary data entry.

• Verifies integrity of data and reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Prepares and validates invoicing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Level: High School Diploma.

Experience: 3 years years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

• Customer service experience, HR onboarding experience, or experience as an HR technician/analyst/generalist.
• Experience including broad based HR skills in training and development, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compliance, benefits, compensation, and HRIS.

Licenses/Certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR)-HRCI Upon Hire.
