Digital Marketing Manager / Carnegie Creative Studio
Join the dynamic Creative Studio team that imagines, designs and develops all products, the go-to-market strategy and assets to express the products to our sales teams and client base. Help develop, translate and implement digital strategy, engagement campaigns and initiatives to build a strong digital brand experience, increase engagement and awareness. Seeking a result-driven, hands on Digital Marketer to join our creative marketing team! The Digital Marketing Manager would be responsible for and involved in the following:
– Work with internal team and outside agency to develop digital marketing strategy, content, targeted campaigns to promote and sell all products & services using digital marketing tactics
– Set up, manage & implement macro/ micro targeted outreach working with segmentation of email databases
– Work with Salesforce and Pardot interfaces
– Provide campaign performance reporting and analysis, measure response rates, monitor metrics
– Work with internal team and outside agency on online advertising, SEO, Engagement Campaigns
– Content management, brand integrity across 3rd-party sites
– Involvement on Website projects from proposal stage, technical, design to final delivery on owned website and partner website
– Work with a team on owned website optimizations to increase awareness and engagement
– Drive to improve and enhance overall owned web & digital experience
– Align with marketing and media plans, provide technological solutions and inputs including rich media, site optimization, promotional ideas for all channels
– Active member, voice on the website development team in designing user flow conversations, logic according to goals
Characteristics
– 3-10 yrs experience
– Comprehensive understanding of implementation/technicalities of digital marketing
– Interest and empathy for designed, interior product solutions- commercial interior sector
– Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
– Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
– Creative with a keen attention to detail
– Passion for digital technologies and all digital marketing channels.
– An enthusiastic and resourceful self-starter
– Communicating clearly, accurately and in a timely manner
– Flexible; can handle shifts in day-to-day tasks, and can quickly reprioritize based off deadlines and priority
– Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
– Team player contributing to a positive work environment
