Position reports directly to Global CHRO and collaborates with Brand CHRO/HR Leadership Team as all as global HR Project Leads. Provide project management, communications, financial planning, and tracking support to Global CHRO and HR Leadership Team on all ongoing Global HR related projects. Each HR global project will require this role to have a high degree of coordination and collaboration across all HR brand teams for both shoreside and shipboard. Responsibilities also include managing the monthly (and ad hoc) roll up reporting as needed by the Global CHRO. Develop a tactical roadmap of HR projects and annual HR cycles (e.g. performance management, open enrollment, bonus cycle, etc.); ensure HR projects are delivered in agreed upon cadence. Act as SME for all communication related matters. Use creativity, sound judgement and experience to plan and accomplish short- and long-term goals and responsibilities.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Discipline/Major: Bachelor’s degree HR, Bus Admin, Communications
Required Years & Area of Professional Experience: 5 years’ experience in HR
Critical Professional Related Technical/Computer Skills: Strong PowerPoint, Vizio, Prezi, Publisher, Excel, etc. skills sufficient to create professional and dynamic presentations.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Broad general knowledge of HR practices, functions, best practices, and compliance. Strong writing and presentation skills. Effective time and resource management skills, and analytical skills. Ability to develop agile work systems, manage conflicting priorities, recognize and keep confidential sensitive information, resourceful in researching and tracking down information, and work under general direction.

The range for this role’s base salary is $150,000 – $185,000. Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
