Position purpose
The Regional Human Resources Generalist provides strategic guidance and tactical support to practice leaders in designated geographic regions on key HR functions including employee relations, employment law compliance, performance management, policy interpretation, compensation, change management, retention, and conflict resolution. Leads and delivers high quality HR services to all levels of employees within the assigned region.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
Experience: Five (5) plus years of experience in Human Resources; prior experience with multi location healthcare preferred; other relevant experience will be considered.
Additional Qualifications: Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
Performance Requirements:
Equipment Operated: This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Work Environment: This job operates in professional office environments. Position will require some travel to designated region.
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
