Essential Functions
Provides coordination of HR functions to include project management, administrative, and clerical support in areas of recruitment, retention, compensation, employee relations, performance, and HRIS administration, as instructed by Director of Staff Services.
Assists management in maintaining a positive employee relations environment and ensures uniform and consistent application of organization policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Three years of experience in healthcare Human Resource Management is preferred.
Generalist background with broad knowledge of HR principles and practices is preferred.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills are preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and experience with HRIS systems is required.
PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification is preferred.
