REQUIREMENTS:
At least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1-year experience in Office/HR roles.
Bilingual – Spanish/English.
Knowledge of office administration procedures and computer systems (Word, Excel, Ulti, and Kronos).
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written; Edits/proofs work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively, and can read and interpret written information.
Attention to detail in composing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills – Ability to interface effectively at all levels of the organization.
Planning: organizational and prioritizations skills; plans work activities well; uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans; excellent multi-tasking and scheduling.
Quality: demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
Problem-solving identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
Adaptability: Adapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; can deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events; remains open to others’ ideas; exhibits willingness to try new things.

Occasional travel in plant environment (wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces, temperatures below 28 degrees or up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit, noise up to 110 db)
Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the company.
