Job Summary:
The On-Boarding Program Lead is responsible for coordinating and managing Cataldo Ambulance Service’s current orientation with the Human Resource Department and collaborating with the FTO Coordinator to manage new hires in their field training.
The On-Boarding Program Lead is responsible for coordinating and managing Cataldo Ambulance Service’s current orientation with the Human Resource Department and collaborating with the FTO Coordinator to manage new hires in their field training.
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate/schedule/manage all aspects of the orientation program in conjunction with CES support staff
Instruct and coordinate instructors for all presentations
Work in conjunction with FTO Coordinator to support FTO program requirements
Manage online FTO reporting software in conjunction with FTO Coordinator
Ability to teach internal and external education if needed
Other tasks as assigned
Job Impact:
The On-Boarding Program Lead functions within the Education Department. The On-Boarding Coordinator may be required to travel to other Cataldo or affiliated sites if needed.
Job Authority:
The On-Boarding Program Lead reports to the Director of Education. The On-Boarding Program Lead has no disciplinary authority.
Experience and Skills
EMT-Basic or Paramedic currently certified and in good standing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Commitment to providing exemplary customer service
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Impeccable attention to detail and highly organized
Ability to multi-task
Familiarity with Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Demonstrated aptitude for learning new programs and electronic systems such as Pipeline, Prodigy, LMS systems, and ESO.
