Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee Hiring For Internship – Hoarding In-Home Therapist at Milwaukee, WI  Full Time

As a Hoarding Counseling Therapy Intern, you will have a unique and rewarding opportunity to assist those who struggle with Hoarding Disorder. In collaboration with a Case Manager and Home Coach, you will help clients overcome obstacles, meet goals, and improve their daily lives. 

By providing in-home counseling, you will help to reduce stress, work on internal well-being, and help the client improve behavioral habits. Your counseling will help clients work through underlying issues that coincide with the barriers that individuals face, such as: anxiety, depression, OCD, and other diagnoses. You will also be able to assist clients, family members, and loved ones during our monthly support groups.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field, preferred.

Available Internship hours:
 
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
