The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Perform customized reports for HR management
- Reconciliation of bills with our regular vendors
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Support our team in ongoing projects
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topic
Requirements
- At least one experience in Human Resources
- Associate degree in HR or related field is required, Bachelor degree in HR or relevant field is preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office; Adobe Reader and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
Salary
$16/hr to $19/hour
