Description:
The Human Resources Manager will be experienced in managing a wide range of human resource administrative tasks and be highly knowledgeable in human resource legal compliance. The person will be able to work independently in a fast-paced work environment while managing the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties which include but are not limited to: employee onboarding, record keeping, benefits administration, weekly payroll processing, workman compensation claim processing, and maintaining employee personnel files. The individual will work closely with Organizational Development and company managers to align with company strategies and initiatives.
