• Conduct video interviews with multiple candidates to find those best suited to work for your clients
• Support management in daily activities having to do with building a bench of talent
• Inform team members/leadership regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
• Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Improve skill sets through employee development programs
• Support other recruiters in their daily activities when necessary
• Provide client support to ensure clear and quick communication for an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain candidate spreadsheets to share hiring progress with clients
• Maintain a high level of professionalism on calls and video interviews
• Draft weekly updates to all clients in the first stages of recruiting
• Work with a sense of urgency and care
• Selling positions to candidates

Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Work efficiently and in a timely manner on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or GED required, college experience preferred
• Technologically savvy; able to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
• Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly and with discretion

• Team-oriented, while able to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Willing to learn and grow; not afraid to admit mistakes and move on

• Real estate recruiting experience is a huge plus

• Experience managing the recruiting pipeline in WizeHire or any other applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Experience sourcing candidates from LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and/or other major job boards
• Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Analytics)
• Experience managing clients and candidates virtually
• Knowledge of DISC, Enneagram, and/or other personality assessments
