The Benefits Manager will oversee the CDC Foundation’s employee benefits programs for all CDC Foundation staff. The position is responsible for is responsible for planning, implementing and oversight of the organizations benefits programs in order to attract and retain the best employees and meet all legal benefit regulations in the states and/or territories in which we operate. This position with work directly with the benefits broker to identify the best options for benefit selections for the CDC Foundation. This position will work closely with 403(b) broker, finance and payroll ensuring employee withholdings and company matches are properly deposited into the retirement accounts of employee participating in the retirements plan within the allotted timeframes. This position will participate in all quarterly and annual retirement plan testing to ensure plan participants are receiving all necessary adjustments and deposits. The position will establish and foster relationships with 3rd party vendors that the Foundation conducts business with. This role will have oversight on medical/dental/vision insurance plans assisting staff enrolling in applicable plans and making necessary changes to their enrollment if applicable. This role will also assist employees with benefit issues by researching the problem, identifying the root cause and taking the necessary steps to bring resolution to the issue, and following up with staff to advise issue has been resolved.
