ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The major responsibilities of the position are listed below. To perform the job successfully, the individual must be able to execute each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties, assignments, and specific projects may be assigned at the discretion of executive management.
Full Lifecycle Recruiting and Sourcing – Manage full lifecycle recruiting (from approved requisition to on-boarding) including assigned job requisitions, maintaining metrics in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
Candidate Engagement and Experience – Brand Ambassador – Demonstrated ability to engage candidates and provide them with a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment life-cycle. Articulate both positive and constructive feedback to ALL candidates in a professional and factual manner. Demonstrate the ability to calmly address candidate challenges.
Proactive Recruitment and Sourcing Strategies – Build and maintain a candidate pool using varied and creative recruitment and sourcing methods including but not limited to data mining, social media (i.e. Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.), third party recruitment tools (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.), internet research, networking, associations, user groups, employee referrals.
Proactively develop a solid talent pipeline of qualified candidates, maintaining a solid pool for regular seasonal hiring needs, and/or roles that serve as an internal feeder position.
Candidate Screening and Selection – Partner with Business Leaders to standardize, gain approval, implement hiring profiles and interview questionnaires for sourcing, screening, interviewing securing only the best talent for their respective business units.
Offers and Negotiation – Negotiate candidate offers within the guidelines; escalate to HR leadership when outside the guidelines. Ensure appropriate written approvals are secured prior to a formal offer being communicated.
Day to Day Administration – Maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and supporting tools in accordance with Recruiting Guidelines and service level agreements.
Create and maintain relationships with high performing, active and passive talent through various media and non-media tools and resources.
Conduct extensive sourcing of passive candidates through research, relationship building, complex internet and job board searches, and talent pool database searching. This would also include developing a robust employee referral system.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
5 years or more years of recruitment experience.
Experience in any of the following areas would be preferred: Manufacturing (Heavy Metal or Fabrication), Engineering (Mechanical or Structural), Project Managers, Project Engineers, Supply Chain and Distribution, and Corporate Recruiting.
Strong track record of Social Recruiting: Facebook, Twitter, Boolean searches, etc.
Ability to maintain focus and keep a strong eye on the details in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop positive business relationships while effectively managing expectations at all levels, including Sr. Executives and Business segment leaders, hiring managers and human resources team.
Knowledge of and experience in MS Office, Outlook 365, contact management, and Web based ATS’s (i.e. ADP ATS a plus).
This is a Remote opportunity, however due to occasional onsite team meetings, the Candidate will need to reside near the North Dallas, TX 75254 area.
