Our Human Resources team is currently seeking a Full-Time Human Resources Business Partner to support our Pacific Northwest team and join our dynamic and growing team!

About The Opportunity
The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for coaching and influencing leaders and employees within their assigned areas. You are both a strategic thought partner and doer in supporting and leading the people initiatives, efforts and practices. With a strong focus on leadership development, employee engagement and retention, you are a catalyst for helping the organization realize its potential through our people.

Have significant experience and knowledge in employment laws and practices (CA preferred) and stay current to reduce risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
Are data driven and able to ensure consistency and accuracy of data along with reporting data in a way to show trends and impact the business.
Thrive in a high-growth environment, multi-task, prioritize effectively and adhere to tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Work closely with management and employees of all levels to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Drive talent management strategies and programs to support a team’s growth and individual development plans.
Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies in support of the employee lifecycle.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Design and facilitate training as needed.
Participate and lead projects as an integral member of the broader People Team and overall people and business strategies.

About You
Required Skills/Abilities:
4+ years in HR, with at least 2 years in a coaching/business partner role
Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including performance management, workforce and succession planning, training, compensation practices, payroll and benefits
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Ability to manage and develop high-performance teams that can scale with our growth
Experience with the engagement and operations of high volume, part-time hourly workforces operating in multi-states is required; healthcare or related industry is preferred
working on a computer.
