Full Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the implementation and administration of Central States benefits and wellness programs. Maintain and own benefits and leave of absence policies and procedures. Assists in the development of the overall market-competitive strategy and philosophy for benefits programs to help drive employee engagement.
