Responsibilities:
Assist in providing support for our client’s Human Capital Strategies, Human Resource and Talent Programs while working with operational and technology delivery models.
Work with the team to co-create roadmaps and actions for leaders to build the future HR function
Assist the team with collecting data for three critical dimensions of Human Resources to assess the clients overall HR readiness
Assist with collecting data on various Human Resource Metrics, analyzing data points and generate report on efficiencies within metrics
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline required
4+ years of relative Human Resource experience; at least 1 year in professional services highly preferred
Ability to work towards enhancing technical and project management skills through on the job feedback and performance evaluations
Strong technical and analytical skills
