As a Support Technician II you will provide day-to-day technical support for end user network hardware and software needs and project-based support onsite. You will provide routine and non-routine, technical support and maintenance for desktop, laptop, telecom and network systems including hardware, application software, operating systems and connectivity. In addition, you will be responsible for troubleshooting network hardware device connectivity issues and document resolution with minimal support while also repairing or replacing defective network hardware with minimal support. As a member on the network Infrastructure team you will install and configure network hardware and systematically prioritize and escalate issues when appropriate. You will use knowledge transfer forums to identify and resolve problems and contribute to all phases of network infrastructure support, including coordination, monitoring, tracking, and resolution related to network installations, network upgrades, and network hardware configuration issues as well as perform network moves, adds and changes (MAC work) for end users. You will provide initial network support for onsite network related troubles. You will be part of an on-call rotation supporting the network infrastructure.
