The Sales Executive is responsible for prospecting new customers and closing new core and strategic business within the small size segment. The Sales Executive is a highly competitive sales role requiring strong sales persuasion, growth-mindset and entrepreneur spirit. The Sales Executive understands the customer’s business challenges and supply chain goals and uses that information to generate demand and develop tailored solutions that deliver value and support the customer’s business. The Sales Executive drives automation by promoting opportunities where CHR technology solutions can add value and improve efficiencies within the customer’s supply chain.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales in your aligned territory by understanding, recognizing, and consulting customers on how our innovative technology solutions can help transform their business
- Engage new prospects through various techniques, including warm leads from Atmosphere, our customer relationship management platform (CRM)
- Partner with our network of supply chain experts and tap into our experience, data, and scale to create tailored solutions based on customer needs
- Leverage our global technology platform, Navisphere, and stay up to date on our evolving global suite of services
- Build strong relationships with prospects and close new business ensuring our customer promise of exceptional service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years minimum sales experience
- 1 year experience in Road Freight Industry
- Ability to travel (as conditions warrant)
- High school degree or GED equivalent
- Tech savvy and experienced in a consultative approach with customers
