What will I be responsible for in this job?
The Director of Account Management and Staffing Operations is responsible for handling every aspect of a client company’s staffing needs. They are responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining employees, and they also terminate employees when necessary. They combine both recruiting and human resource functions to fully serve their clients, namely, the company that hires them. This position will also manage job application channels, identify new talent, and screen applicants. Screening may include skills testing, background checks, or credit checks which our talent acquisition team will assist with. They interview potential candidates and hire qualified new employees. Staffing Managers maintain extensive networks and a large candidate pool to fill positions quickly, and with the most qualified talent.
In order to retain newly hired staff, Directors may design retention programs. To do this, they liaise with client companies and current employees to discuss job satisfaction. They also research appropriate incentives and implement strategies to keep employees engaged. Additionally, they may perform a variety of administrative duties, including writing and posting job descriptions, filling out paperwork, creating training materials, and keeping records of all applicants and new hires.
What critical skills are needed for you to consider someone for this position?

• Responsible for the Implementation and Integration of new clients
• Develop, lead, and manage multiple project plans utilizing common project management methodologies
• Develop, lead and manage documentation of client onboarding process and training
• Direct all activities and lead teams to coordinate and communicate customer priorities and tasks to the team
• Prepare and present project schedules, budgets, and reports
• Develop and enhance external strategic partner and vendor relationships to enable smooth implementations, billing and payment operations
• Drive business process improvement to optimize client relationship
• Building, coaching and developing high performing and engaged teams
• Effectively lead meetings and direct team/client solutions to anticipate and overcome obstacles
• Act as a trusted advisor for Sales during the sales process and handoff
• Co-ordinate between onshore and offshore teams
• Maintains a working knowledge of all health information management issues such as HIPAA, MEDICARE/MEDICAD, and a general knowledge of employment requirements
• Develop relationships with customer executive and operation contacts to maintain pulse on needs and the services we can provide to add highest value; as well as being a point of escalation for needs with onboarding and integrations.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

• Staffing and/or facilities management experience, especially in a remote team environment
• Experience with project management or workflow process development
• Advanced skill with Smartsheets and spreadsheets
• 3+ years of Profit and loss experience
• Experience working in a technology company
• University degree/post secondary education or equivalent business experience

How much should I expect to travel?

Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
