The HR Product Management team works in partnership with Schwab’s Technology team to influence the evolution of our Human Capital Management solution and ServiceNow functionality. This team also works with various HR leaders to drive consistency and standardization across our HR technology platforms to ensure an outstanding employee experience.
As a HR Technology Business Analyst, you will demonstrate a deep understanding of how HR processes can be designed and deployed using HCM Systems and ServiceNow to enhance the employee experience. Initially, you will be aligned to the HR ServiceNow platform as we have exciting and strategic HR ServiceNow projects on our roadmap. Over time, however, you will lend your talents across multiple HR technologies.
What you are good at
Partner with HR Business Leaders across the enterprise to gather process and technology requirements that impact HR operational and employee experience processes and support the design of future-state service processes.
Own the testing and deployment management processes for key HR technology changes.
Participate in project activities, design standard processes, and guide HR teams through technology changes across the organization.
Plan testing activities for HR Operations and track the development of test scenarios, test scripts, and success criteria for positive and negative testing.
Drive the execution of key technology project activities such as training and content development.
Plan design workshops and coordinate the collection and maintenance of design decisions made by leadership.
Work with leadership to identify and monitor project metrics.
Partner with leadership to resolve problems, provide recommended solutions and mitigate technology risks.
Scan the HR technology environment for opportunities to integrate and streamline.
Assist with vendor selection activities, as needed.
What you have
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent HR technology work experience.
Minimum of 4 years of successful business analyst experience.
Deep understanding and experience with HR ServiceNow required.
Experience coordinating global HR technology projects including requirements gathering, solutioning, testing and go live.
Knowledge of business analysis methodology and principles.
Previous HR Operations process design experience.
Understanding of functional areas across Human Resources and how HCM supports them.
In depth knowledge 0f metrics used to measure production across operations.
Previous success translating technical issues/solutions to business terms.
Colorado Compensation
Target Total Compensation 105,300 – 210,500
