We are seeking a fulltime experienced and knowledgeable benefit manager to provide full service to 500 employees in a healthcare setting.
This integral manager will administer benefits, enhance offerings, and increase employee engagement.
This position can be remote, but you MUST be well versed with New Jersey and/or New York benefit requirements and markets.
Total rewards and compensation management is a plus, but not required.
