ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· The Sorter position is responsible for sorting pallets to grade while ensuring all trash and debris is removed from pallets.

· Responsibilities also include achieving expected production requirements.

· The sorter position requires the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. on a regular basis.

· The job requires quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality, and the observance of all safety rules and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

· Sorters must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance.

· Sorters must also be able to concentrate on their tasks.

· The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential

PREFERRED SKILLS

· 1+ years previous experience working in an industrial, fast moving setting with industrial machinery

· Steady work history

OTHER DUTIES

· Please note other duties can be assigned based on the needs of the business.

PAY

· Starting pay – $20.50

· Shift Differential – 3rd & Weekend
