Chewy is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to join our customer service center based in Hollywood, FL. The ideal candidate understands what customer service really means from an HR perspective. In this role you’ll support one of the largest, fastest growing, most dynamic teams in e-commerce today. You’ll be working on everything including: orientation of new team members, performance management, benefits administration, and any employee relations matters. Using your business skills combined with HR knowledge you will be able to identify and resolve problems quickly by gathering the facts, analyzing the data, and making a determination.
