Indeed is seeking a Human Resources Manager (Product Technology) to support the global and growing Product Technology (PT) organization. This role will have regular visibility with the Product Technology Leadership Team (Prod Tech LT) and CTO.
This position provides a unique opportunity to join Indeed during a high stage of growth to truly build scalability for all HR programs to support our Product Technology teams. In addition to focusing on the talent attraction, engagement and retention of our global PT team, you will have the opportunity to be deeply involved in building out programs with a direct impact on employee engagement.
In this position you will use your expertise in supporting leaders within large, global, organizations to drive and implement a variety of initiatives including, but not limited to talent/succession planning, organization design, performance management, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives, policy and process transparency and our evolving Workforce Transformation strategy. You will have experience utilizing data and analytics to create and drive people strategies leveraging a variety of tools including Indeed’s annual Employee Engagement survey.

Responsibilities:
Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including people solutions that align with business goals, talent assessment, change management and team building
Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
Proactively assess team, manage organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
Partner with business to assess manager capability and develop solutions to address gaps identified
Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
Drive talent management strategies to support a team’s growth and individual development plans
Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Management process and employee engagement action plans throughout the year
Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Employee Development, Compensation, Legal, DI&B, and HR teams to implement solutions and help scale the business
Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution
Work closely with our Employee Relations Partners, supporting employee relations issues as needed
Participate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended HR community
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role, ideally supporting technical teams and leaders
2+ years experience in HR Management or equivalent role preferred
Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
Effective communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization; from Individual Contributor to Vice President
Demonstrates empathy and experience driving inclusion work
Demonstrates project management and change management experience
Demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and proven relationship builder across teams
Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale
Demonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solving problems
Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
