Chronic Care Charlottesville Hiring for Treatment Coordinator Job at Charlottesville, VA Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be a “people person” and considered very likable with high self-confidence and charisma. They should be quick on their feet and comfortable asking for money, as this position requires discussing finances with patients. The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing recommendations of care with patients, finding solutions to financial and monetary issues, and applying for financing. The role also includes case history gathering, writing up recommendations in a visually pleasing format, note-taking, and attention to detail. The candidate should be proficient in basic math and grammar.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations to gather case histories
• Assist the Doctor in exams, testings, and x-rays.
• Prepare cases in Word, Excel, and other software
• Review findings and present care plans to patients, handle objections, and inspire and motivate them to take action
• Onboard patients with equipment, supplements, and diet
• Perform post-program follow-up and maintenance care value building
• Possess high self-confidence, caring/empathetic, and be eager to help others
• This position has potential for growth in management, sales force scaling, and future remote work

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate people to take action
• Ability to handle objections and work under pressure
• Proficient in basic math and grammar
• Conviction and drive to see people achieve their goals
• Comfortable discussing finances with patients
• Ability to handle objections and find solutions to financial and monetary issues
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and other software

Salary:

• No-cap bonuses with an estimated salary between $60,000-$70,000 annually, including bonuses (after 90-days).
