Job Overview:
The Human Resources Manager assures all matters of Employee/Personnel policy and procedure meet current acceptable practices and are within corporate guidelines, company policies, Federal, State and local regulatory regulations. The incumbent is responsible for compensation and benefits, Affirmative Action and EEO compliance, training, employee relations, recruitment, shareholder placement, performance management processes, conduct management processes, return to work programs, FMLA compliance, and worker’s compensation compliance. He/she manages and provides support for all HR staff members performing these functions.
