Job Description

Incumbent will be a member of the PDP Operations team, providing ongoing support for Broker enrollment while in compliance with Business initiatives and CMS compliance for Medicare Part D.

This role is an individual contributor supporting the implementation and set up of new brokers, oversight of daily activities, set up and oversight of ongoing maintenance to enrollment, HRA files, and status files.

Responsible to troubleshoot issues, support ing needs and assist with special requests as needed. Role will act as the liaison between Matrix Partners such as Contracting, Sales, Commissions, the PDP operations team and external vendor.

Role-Responsibilities:

• Support projects related to implementation of new external brokers; file requirements, testing, enhancements and operational readiness.
• Support maintenance of HRA Premium files- file layout requirements, development, QA and testing with broker partner.
• Follow CMS guidance for plan oversight of Agents/brokers.
• Work with Cigna Broker Sales team to review and resolve Broker fall out s.
• Provide ongoing support of new and existing broker relationships.
• Oversee processing and maintenance of commissionxe2x80x99s weekly eligibility file feed of all broker related applications sent to commissions.
• Responsible for research and assisting with any operational inquiries/issues and understanding and supporting the ing needs of key business partners.
• Ongoing maintenance support of broker files per broker xe2x80x93 point of contact for troubleshooting issues, questions and any maintenance or change requested with the files.
• Support Broker/Commissions Workgroups.
• Support AEP and 1/1 readiness activities for broker enrollment operations.
• Participate in and actively support all CMS, external, and internal audit activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant Medicare (Part D and/or Part C) or other government program experience and/or Operations and Eligibility
• Detailed understanding of CMS regulations and adherence to these standards relating to all aspects of Medicare business.
• Strategic and creative thinker with ability to think outside the box
• Ability to interpret CMS regulations around enrollment, billing, broker, and customer service to support root cause analysis and resolution.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage and influence in a matrix environment. * Ability to manage and influence third party vendor.

Excellent oral, written, presentation, facilitation and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple and complex priorities.
