Ciocca Subaru of Flemington is looking to add a Service BDC Team Lead to our Business Development Department!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from customers or team members, and providing general or related vehicle service information
- Maintain and communicate exceptional knowledge to our customers with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction
- Assist with training new hires or current employees as needed
- Assess team performance and providing feedback to the BDC Manager to praise publicly and coach privately
- Create a productive and motivating work environment for the team
- Conduct weekly team meetings
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Good time management & organizational skills
- Typing/basic computer skills
- Ability to solve basic math calculations
