Ciox’s goal is to connect the world’s health data and build a $40B+ business by 2025 and the HR Manager will play a key role devising and implementing progressive HR and talent solutions to help Datavant/Ciox’s Shared Services to achieve their full potential in enabling a high-growth technology company.
We are looking for professionals who have a futurist view, think on their feet and act with a sense of urgency to deliver the greatest potential for positive impact. This key role serves as an influential people partner, advising clients in their assigned area(s) or location(s) and solving organizational challenges for staffing, onboarding, performance management, organizational effectiveness, retention, and succession.
Responsibilities:
What You Will Do…
Leverage the network. Work across boundaries and actively collaborate with our Centers of Excellence to optimize the effectiveness of recruitment and retention programs, talent assessment, diversity, organizational design, leadership development, compensation, and rewards and recognition programs.
Use data. Review and analyze employee trends and collaborate with the business to ensure effective deployment of talent and proactive resolution of talent issues before they impact the business negatively.- Support People programs and transactions. Implement fair and safe employment practices and People-centric processes. Maintain employment records, advise on salary planning, promotions and job re-leveling, and complete ad-hoc projects as required. Apply expertise on the execution of annual processes including OKR/goal setting, performance management, performance calibration, talent review and succession.
- Advocate for workplace values and standards. Provide employees with people counsel, advising on team member relations, conflict resolution, organizational policy, and compliance issues with the appropriate sense of urgency, and delivering a full range of generalist services. Respond to EEOC complaints, identify ER trends, and conduct focus group meetings to identify systemic issues and determine strategic solutions.
- Manage organizational change and effectiveness. Serve as a change advocate for strategic initiatives and programs that influence lasting change in assigned areas and communicate organizational changes including leadership and structural changes, compensation reviews, policy changes, workforce impacts, etc.

Qualifications:
What You Need…
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or a related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in HR disciplines with a strategic focus or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a HR role in a fast-growth, evolving technology organization
- Strong knowledge of the employment process, employee relations, compliance, and employee life cycle
- SPHR/PHR certification is preferred
- Excellent writing skills and experience responding to regulatory inquiries
- Experience working with, coaching and influencing senior leaders of Shared Services
- Advance skills with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Must be able to travel at least 20% of the time.

For remote work, this position requires that you provide a high-speed internet connection, subject to applicable expense reimbursement requirements (if any), and a work environment free from distractions.
With very limited exceptions (medical conditions or sincerely held religious beliefs that prohibit you from getting the vaccine), one of the requirements for this job is that you be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. *Except for states where legally prohibited to enforce mandates.
