Minimum Qualification Requirements
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with major work in business or public administration, economics, mathematics or a related field. Work experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree on a year-for-year basis. Such experience must have provided the knowledge, skills, and analytical ability normally gained from attainment of a bachelor’s degree.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
One year of professional (non-clerical/post-Bachelor’s degree) research work experience.
Substitution: A Master’s degree in business or public administration, social sciences, computer science or mathematics from an accredited four-year college or university may be substituted for the one year of professional research work experience.
