The Lead HR Partner – Performance Management manages, designs, documents, implements, improves complex policies, programs, and services, and provides strategic direction for talent review, performance management, and succession planning within the City of Dallas organization. The position is responsible for developing guidelines, procedures, rules, and regulatory requirements, establishing schedules, priorities, and standards for establishing and achieving goals, and evaluating the programs’ activities. This position works under limited direction with extensive latitude for the purpose of initiative and independent judgment.
EDUCATION:
Five (5) years of professional level human resources experience in any of the following.
