ANNUAL SALARY RANGE: $50,424.00 – 75,636.00 (Salaries are paid biweekly)
ANNUAL ANTICIPATED HIRING RANGE: $57,000.00 – 70,000.00 (Salaries are paid biweekly)

Job Summary

Maybe you’d like to join us! The City of Fort Collins is looking for a licensed and experienced electrician to serve on its Operation Services team. This position is ideal for a well-rounded professional electrician who carries a State of Colorado Journey Electrician’s license and approximately 8 or more years’ experience in the trade.
Employment with the City brings along things that are unique in the trade industries: consistency and stability. Work is related to the inspection, installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in conformance with safety laws and standards. Projects involve both independent work and team collaboration.
This position is required to maintain a Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) certification; employment is contingent upon the successful completion of the CJIS Security Awareness training and certifying assessment and initiation of the fingerprinting/background check within the first thirty (30) days of employment.
