The Data Management Specialist is primarily responsible for the organization, review, and validation of materials and forms collected and used by the sales and customer-facing teams. This role will work with teams (new sales and current customers) to provide information to assist with the review, scope, and pricing of sales orders along with data integrity of the system. They will also help coordinate sales orders within Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. As needed, you will assist with data cleanup and creation for larger company initiatives. You work on continual overall process improvement and development of training to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
