Recruiter and Talent Sourcing

This is a remote position.
A recruiter is responsible for the implementation of ClaimReturn’s overall recruiting strategy, which includes sourcing and attracting ClaimReturn’s most vital asset – its Team. The recruiter is expected to not only assimilate the resumes of qualified job candidates for open positions, but is also expected to filter those candidates, interview, and in some instances affect the hiring of those candidates.
This position must have a mastery of any major Applicant Tracking Systems and other applications by which resumes are sourced in significant volume and then filtered to highlight only those candidates that have a high likelihood of success in the job position being filled.
The recruiter must be comfortable in collaborating with the ClaimReturn Team on an as needed basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The ultimate responsibilities of the recruiter are to ensure that ClaimReturn attracts, hires, and retains the best employees possible, while growing a strong talent pipeline for future needs and hires.
A Recruiter’s Duties and Responsibilities Include:
The Implementing ClaimReturn’s overall recruiting strategy.
Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications for the positions needing to be filled.
Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives for the positions needing to be filled.
Preparing recruitment materials and posting job ads to the appropriate hiring and recruiting mediums, to include video POD casting.
Managing the postings and resulting candidates through an appropriate Applicant Tracking System.
Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to further filter and identify candidates that will excel.
Assessing candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, aptitude, and experience though testing and other techniques. Preparing ClaimReturn’s leadership for a final interview and hiring decision of candidates, or if authorized, making the ultimate hiring decision.

Leadership Style
The Manager of Recruitment is a leadership position, reporting to the CHRO.
A Mastery of Talent Acquisition, and retention must be demonstrated. A minimum of 5 years in position will be considered. An advanced degree is desired although may not be required based on previous employment experience.

Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence. A team player, strong problem-solving skills, and emotional intelligence.
Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and demonstrate professional and effective working relationships.
Operate with proficiency in a variety of office equipment, including an office computer, a variety of Microsoft Office applications, to include but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBi. The successful candidate will demonstrate analytical and data management acumen.
Attend evening and weekend meetings and events as required. Recognizing that company paid travel may be required.
The must have skills: Organizing, processing, and maintaining information files to the company format and function. A strong skill set in prioritizing, strategizing, meeting deadlines, and following up on assignments, roles, and responsibilities with minimum supervision.
Working Conditions
You are expected to be available for the regularly scheduled hours of the office is 7:00 am (PST) to 3:30 pm (PST) Monday through Friday, or as required, to properly execute the position responsibilities of the office. This is a salaried position. Regular rest and meal periods are requirements of this position.
