Undergraduate degree (Human Resources, Business or related field) AND/OR equivalent HR experience required
High degree of comfort with technology and reporting
Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
Strong attention to detail
Good organizational and time management skills with ability to juggle conflicting priorities
It would be great if you also had…
1+ years of general HR experience preferred (internship/co-op experience strongly considered)
Advanced computer skills with high proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday strongly preferred
What will you be doing in this role?…
Manage concerns and queries raised through centralized HR inbox
Administer and process the reimbursement programs, i.e. tuition and health club
Assist with HR system transactions including reporting requests for HR colleagues, managers, and employees
Maintain electronic employee personnel files to ensure legal compliance and accuracy
Oversee HR vendor set-up and invoice processing
Assist with providing compliance in all areas of human resources
Provide Leave Administration support by liaising with Cigna Leave Solutions on FMLA and other Leave cases
Manage administrative HR support for employees in all Americas, including US, Canada, and Latin America
Act as administrative contact for Visa & Immigration program by liaising directly with Foreign Nationals and legal counsel on Visa cases sponsored by Clarivate
Hours of Work…
This is a full-time, hourly role
The team hours are primarily based on EST
This is a Monday thru Friday opportunity
