My client is an energy infrastructure business. They now have around 100 employees and are expected to triple their employee headcount in the coming years. They have the backing of a large international infrastructure fund, and are at an exciting phase of rapid and impressive growth. Their office is based in Boston, close to Back Bay. They will be growing to 200 to 300 employees in the next few years.

Job Description
Reporting into the General Counsel and the Executive Team, this is a newly created Human Resources Director opportunity. The role manages an existing HR Manager/Generalist and will develop the team/function over the coming years. The role is pivotal to the business’s overall long term success. Main duties and responsibilities will include the following:
