As a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, you will provide care to a variety of patient populations. An RN in this role is familiar with complicated medical histories, advanced surgical procedures, pain modalities, and thorough nutritional support. This position requires someone who can be flexible and comfortable working among many different teams. Your primary duties will include:
Providing direct nursing care.
Monitoring, recording, and communicating patients’ conditions as appropriate .
Preparing patient care plans.
Administering prescribed medications.
Performing bedside hand-off reports and thorough bedside daily rounds.
