As a growing lead gen agency in a niche industry, we need another Facebook ninja to help us scale and help our clients win.
We deliver an end-to-end lead to appointment system for our clients but it all begins with effective and innovative marketing strategies via substantial paid Facebook advertising budgets. The FB Marketing Expert must be willing to leave their ego at the door and be open to learning our proven techniques on currently deployed campaigns.
The Facebook Ad Manager will launch new client campaigns, daily optimize and monitor current Facebook advertising campaigns, provide reporting, and propose strategic options for maximizing conversions. With in-house account managers and creatives, the FB Marketing Expert won’t worry about interfacing with clients or building assets; their sole job is to make these campaigns hum!
The FB Marketing Expert is a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and optimize comprehensive paid Facebook Ad campaigns
- Audience research, audience building and ad creation
- Audit and optimize new & existing ad campaigns to ensure KPI’s are met such as budget spend, timelines, CPL, CPA, ROI, and ROAS
- Identify new opportunities to increase client conversions regularly
- Setup, verify and troubleshoot pixels
Requirements
- 3+ years experience and knowledge of online funnel marketing strategies
- Minimum 3 years Facebook Ads mastery
- Comprehensive split test strategy knowledge
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to mine data to inform decisions
- Must be flexible with weekly schedule, adaptable, and willing to take on multiple projects
- Excellent organization and time management skills to complete tasks on time
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in Facebook policies, strategies, trends, design tools and applications
- Stay up with CCPA and other privacy policies
Preferred
- Experience running targeted, high-spend, high-return ad campaigns, specifically on Facebook
- Experience managing PPC and GDN campaigns
- Understanding of 3rd party platforms like Clickfunnels, Twilio, Zapier, Typeform, etc.
- Graphic design skills

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
