CMCS Hiring for Recruitment Manager (Hybrid) at Valhalla, New York Full Time

Responsibilities

As the Recruitment Manager, you will oversee all recruiting and onboarding functions within the Human Resources Department. This position is responsible for oversight and training of the CMCS team of recruiters and coordinators, the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies and the marketing of open positions. The Recruitment Manager will also directly conduct recruitment for high-level and/or difficult to fill positions.

In conjunction with the Administrative Director of HR and the VP of HR, the Recruitment Manager will participate in the development and implementation of the Agency’s recruitment strategy. Regularly meets with managers, program directors and VPs to understand staffing needs and priorities. Oversees posting to job boards and actively searches for other sites and services for job advertisement placement. Continually seeks and employs innovative ways to source candidates. Seeks to streamline processes to expedite new hires.

Qualifications

Essential Skills, Experience, Licensure, Certification:

5+ years of experience in recruiting, with experience in marketing and sales preferred.
Proven innovative recruitment strategies
High volume recruitment
Must be proficient in basic computer functions and applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
Bi-Lingual or Multi-Lingual a plus
