PROMOTE AND FOSTER OUR CULTURE

Build and maintain professional relationships related to hiring and advertising with vital external parties (college and university recruitment, community involvement, advertisers, external placement agencies, etc.) Collaborate with Marketing to maintain and develop effective advertising as it relates to Talent and Recruitment.
Assess and analyze Talent changes, needs, and make recommendations to all internal stakeholders involved in the onboarding of new hires.
PROVIDE AN OUTSTANDING CANDIDATE FOR ONBOARDING
Employee Resources lead will collaborate and direct Talent Advisors on design and implementation of the overall recruiting strategy that includes but is not limited to: prioritizing screening efforts, act as single point of contact to candidates during the pre-hiring process, ensure there is clear communication for candidates, hiring managers, and all internal stakeholders related to the hiring, orientation and onboarding process.
Responsible for conducting candidate follow-up after preliminary interview is conducted.
Responsible for maintenance of all records related to administration and management of all pre-hire assessment, surveying, references, etc. Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and terminated employees, and other candidate relationships.
Work with Employee Resources team to provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
SEEK PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Act as our corporation’s Talent professional, serve as interview and hiring resource, and as our Recruitment point‑of‑contact for all internal and external parties. Provide consistent, professional, specialist, and legally sound mentorship to the Hiring Team throughout the Hiring Process. Actively pursue professional development possibilities as they relate to Talent and Industry trends.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual is encouraged to perform each crucial job requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred or equivalent years of related experience. Related recruitment or candidate relationship and recruiting experience preferred. Successful completion of required background checks is required. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents. Must possess professional communication and interpersonal skills to write and speak effectively both one-on-one and before groups of clients or employees of the organization. Ability to communicate to clients directly and effectively is incredibly applauded.
TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Ability to utilize telephone systems and possess sound computer skills including email, internet and intranet use. Prior experience or the ability to learn core transaction system, debit card system, statement processing system, cash advance machines and any other computer programs pertinent to performing job duties will be greatly appreciated by all.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Additional suggestions include apprehension of compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY: The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Solving exciting problems involving several variables in a standardized situation is a major demand.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully carry out the undertakings of this job.
This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time spent at a desk using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Noise level is moderate with constant communication and interactions with others. Ability to travel on occasion to all market areas and attend seminars or training sessions offsite.
