The Human Resources unit in the COB Operations department of the College of Business strives for excellence while focusing on exceptional employee service, providing sound guidance, and strategic support for the 5 academic departments, and 7 non-academic departments and centers/institutes.
The HR Generalist position is responsible for assisting with enrichment of the employee experience from candidate attraction/recruitment through employee separation. This position will oversee many recruitment and hiring efforts in the college and will be relied on to provide expertise and guidance to attract top talent. The HR Generalist will also assist with mentorship program implementation, workforce planning, employee development, communications, culture initiatives, employee relations, compensation, dashboard creation and data analysis, career mobility, and succession planning.
